PC not performing as it should!

Many games don't reach 144fps on my 1080p 144hz monitor. Very few like Just cause 3 and Mafia 3 does that and most have fps caps so I can't measure them. On youtube benchmarks in games like Watch Dogs and Assassin's Creed Syndicate they get almost the same fps as me but on a lower end hardware. What am I doing wrong?

They say max settings and I put max settings! What about my firestrike score is it normal or bad?
