actually i does that because the pci-e cable wont fit to the case so i bend them over, so my vga will fit and the cable like push down the vga a little

That's just part of the mounting for the heatsinking, it shouldn't be a problem as long as the GPU isn't being bent itself. I'd make sure there are no sharp edges or such that may potentially cut into the insulation of the wires, a piece of electrical tape isn't a bad idea.
