What is this 2 pin header? + RGB/fan help

What is this header for? Located next to the top of my dimm slots. MSI b350m Mortar.

Best to refer to the manual, most times two pin headers like those are jumpers of some sort or a test point that was used at the factory. You'll find lots of boards with stuff like this on it some labels on the PCB directly as a jumper for clearing or changing settings.

Surprisingly the manual doesn't mention these 2 pins, mentions everything but the 2 pins in the picture lol.

Most likely it's for something internal then, and not meant to be used by the end user.

JFP2 is the header for that one.

Any one good with fan/rgb controllers? The fan that came with my case works fine, but the rgb on the fan and front panel doesn't turn on at all.

After digging a little, it seems that pin header (JOV1) may be a jumper header used for overvolting the CPU above the standard limits in the BIOS... Probably best not to mess with it...
