SSD's -How to see/test S.M.A.R.T. with Software??

Good morning, :x

 

I'd like to examine my SSD's health especially the Power On Hours and Data Written so can someone tell me were to download a couple or three of the best FREE software to get this done?

 

My SSD is the very famous Samsung model but their website seems broken and just refuses me downloads, you know that decision tree thing and then step 11 it just sits there similar to how Microsoft has been since 1997:P.
