So I'm Building a 2700x system, and I don't know if this would be a motherboard sub forum, cooler sub forum, or what, so I'm posting in general. I bought  the MSI x470 Gaming Plus Motherboard, which only has 1 CPU fan header, but I also got a Noctua NH-D15. Which has two fans I was planning on using it in a push/pull config and was wonddering if I could use a Y connector ( 2 - 4 Pin ) to 1 - 4 pin CPU fan Header. Would that  cause any problems? And if not, can anyone provide a link to a connector?

IMO it's an oversight on MSIs part not to have a CPU_Optional on an X470 "Gaming" motherboard.

The 2nd PWM fan connector on your motherboard is labelled as "PUMP_Fan1". It's located to the other side of the DIMM slots. Presumably you should have no issues using this for a PWM fan. Just check that both fan controllers are set to PWM or Auto mode in the BIOS (and not DC mode which will just run at full 12v constantly)

Refer to pages 26 and 36 of your motherboard manual for more information.

@Stefan Payne Hm, neat, didn't know the NH-D15 came with a splitter, I havn't gotten it yet, it's still shipping, So the noctua fans that come with shouldn't be a problem for the header? I don't know the draw for the Noctua fans that come with the NH-D15

@Spotty That was also going to be my other question, if I could use the Pump fan header. Or even a system fan header. but I'll try the Y splitter anyway, I'm not planning on overclocking, at least not heavily,

The included Y splitter going in to the motherboards CPU_Fan1 should work fine for both fans.

Yeah me neither, only got the NH-D14 SE2011...

And it should come with two additional adapters that you normally shouldn't need...

The two fans shouldn't be a problem as fan headers are usually rated for up to 1A and the Noctua fans something like 0.2 or 0.3 (don't quote me on that, to lazy to look it up right now).

But you could also google your heatsink, there you'd find more information about it.
