Hard drive shows up in bios and windows installer, but not in windows.

Hard drive shows up in bios and windows installer, but not in windows, I've tried file explorer, disk management, and partitioning software. it doesn't show up at all. any ideas?

Please don't argue with me, I am just trying to help, or be helped. (we are all humans right?)
