Should i wait for RTX 1160/2060 Or buy a GTX 1060

I would say your decision comes down to how long you want to wait to game.  Whether the RTX/GTX 2060 is worth the wait or not remains to be seen, but there will always be progress being made due to last gen hardware becoming cheaper.

I know the price will surely drop. After the new GPU's are released . And i am targeting for the 1060 6G to be cheaper. After two to four months or maybe 5 to 6?o.O

They may slowly continue to go down until the 2060 because of miners pulling out, but when the new one releases in a few months you should see a pretty good drop.
