Ps4 or pro for spiderman?

ickyvicky125

Should i get a pro for spiderman ps4 and all the upcoming exclusives or save my money ? I have a launch model of the ps4. Wasnt sure if there is a huge difference in rendering between the two. (There arent any comparisons for those games on youtube)

There won't be a huge difference. I'd wouldn't spend extra money on a Pro Version.

If you were buying new or had a 4K screen I'd say PS4 Pro, but since you already have a PS4 it should be fine on any 1080p screen. My brother has a PS4 and it's great on the little 21.5" 1080p monitor I have set up for it.

Uh... if you want optimal eye candy, sell the PS4 and buy a Pro. If your monitor runs fine at 60Hz/30fps with your PS4 though, I'd keep it.

I should also note. Someone in my area is selling a white one for 275.

Since the difference between the normal PS4 and the Pro isn't that huge on the price side (depending on the country you live in), I'd go for the pro as it allows a bit better graphics or framerate, depending on the game you play...

The main difference between the game on the PS4 and the Pro appears to be resolution. I think it's the same setup as Ratchet and Clank was on the PS4, 1920x1080 on the base system and 2560x1440 on the Pro, which actually isn't too bad. The game looks insanely good.

I'd keep your PS4 unless you really feel that it isn't sufficient.

The TV because the higher refresh rate on the monitor is meaningless here.

Its not the size of the TV, its the distance you are from it. If you close to it buy a Pro.

I found that the PS4 Pro  in general handled all game better than my launch PS4.  Since they patched in a high performance setting for all games, you do get higher refresh rates on older stuff.  Also seems to load games faster but I never did a direct comparison.
