Windows... Apps keep showing up after Unpining..

Not sure how to explain this, 

But after fresh installing windows I cant get theses dang tabs to say away..

I keep unpinning them, But When i restart my computer they come back... Any ideas?

The apps are being fetched.

Wait for Windows to finish what it is doing. You'll know when it is done when you'll see actual icons and not down arrows.

Keep in mind that Windows is still preparing your account on the back.
