did anyone notice how last of us 30fps sucks compared to god of war?

saif96

i have no idea why but limiting last of us to 4k 30ps feels alot slower then god of war on the ps4 pro? why is that? it almost feels like im gaming on 20fps? has anyone noticed that? i really hope that when red dead redemption 2 and last of us 2 comes out, 4k 30fps will feel like god of war which gives a a bit smoother playable experience in 30fps, 4k hdr

Better or more stable frame times in GoW

i've heard that 30fps on games released after the PS4 pro have a more smoother 30fps vs games released before the PS4 pro, is that true?

It'd depend on how the game handles vertical sync and the input latency to begin with.

The Last of Us on the PS4 is meant more for that cinematic experience, and was probably affected by that ambition.

Hm??
Last of us on PS4 runs at 60fps, though you can set it to 30 as well.

The PS3 Version runs however on ~30fps all the time.

And Patch 1.08 had some major changes for Image Quality. Some good, some not so much...

Pretty sure i played The Last of Us Remaster @ 1800p 60 FPS or something like that on my PS4 Pro, i can recall trying to 4k mode but it felt too jittery.  At the end of the day though, its a PS3 title.  I think for what it is, it looks amazing.
