Can I run multiple OS's on one system?

Basket_Records

Okay, so I have multiple hdds and they all have different versions of Windows on them. My question being, can I hook them all up and switch between them whenever I want? If so how do I do that?

Thanks!

Yep, or you can buy software such as lime and run a virtual machine, though this eats up a ton of RAM, and pushes the CPU unless you have a setup with a ton of CPU cores. You might not even need that software if you are running Windows 10 Pro.

With GNU/Linux, when you install alongside windows, you can set the MBR to ask you if you want your distro, Windows, or another OS like BSD (anyone still use that anymore? I feel old), or even advanced options. I would have both windows disks connected before creating a partition for the distro of your choice, and then install.9_9
