How do I access advanced options on insydeH2o REV 5.0

How do I access it. I need to access advanced options because I want to increase vram. And see other options there. I have lenovo G-50 model 80G0

If it's not a tab then it's simply not there. OEMs limit what the user can do in their BIOS/UEFI so you're probably SOL. Most OEMs leave the vram allocation to automatic or max DVMT.
