To go into detail, you can download Microsoft’s windows installer thingy off their website and it’ll install windows onto a USB (8gb or more for 64 bit) which you can then use that to install on a drive.

So I'm upgrading pretty much most of my whole system besides my SSD and hard drive and I would like to use both of them in my new build and I have 2 questions:

1. Can I somehow reinstall Windows 10 for free?

2. If I reinstall Windows will it format my drives?
