Should I be worried?

Some time ago my laptop refused to start up and there was a weird sound coming from the hard drive.It was fixed the other day(I didn't even touch it) and now everytime I move it a little it makes a weird noise(scratching-like,you know that kind of HDD noise).

I know it's normal.I was worried about the occasional sounds.
