Hyper 212 wiggles ALOT

SO i got scammed buying this CPU cooler from memory express i mean $CAD49 for a Hyper 212 Evo christ Almighty but let's get back on topic does other Hyper 212 users out there also have the main fin stack wiggle when it;s correctly installed when i wiigled to check if it's secured the cooler just wiggled pls help

that aside, the evo's mounting allows for some 'rotational wiggle', but past that the cold plate should be strongly seated against the cpu.

It will have some wiggle to it, yes. I've used a Hyper 212 and I bloody hated it, the mounting is maniac and it doesn't even perform that well. Best you can do is re-mount and ensure you've done cross-pattern screw-down to minimise the wiggle you get.

As long as it's not wiggling dramatically like Neymar in the World Cup, it's fine and will hold.

I agree, and is a pain for a new builder to put on.
