Bought a digital copy of W10 from Amazon, can’t download it.

I bought a digital copy of W10 from Amazon, but you have to use amazons own download software to download it. I haven’t even been able to open the amazon application after installation much less download W10.

 

I’ve tried on 3 computers, one with W10, one with XP, and one Ubuntu and none of them work. 

 

Any ideas?

If you have the license key, just download the ISO directly from Microsoft 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10
