I didn't drop it.

I bought it recently and I never got a signal out of it

I would contact the seller and request a refund.

My gtx 780 is not showing up in the Nvidia drivers, the bios or in device manager.

Specs:

I5 2400

16 gb dd3 ram

Gtx 780

Intel motherboard

SanDisk 250 gb ssd

600 watt power supply

I've also flashed my motherboard and it still doesn't see the card.

I've also reseated it and it still doesn't work.

one of the pins on the gpu is broken off.

is my gpu broken?

If you are referring to a pin like the one below,  i wouldn't worry, every GPU i've ever had has a pin like this.

The cooler doesn’t mean it’s reference. A pic of the actual card could help. Or a sticker on the back of the pcb.

Try another pci slot and ensure it’s being powered properly. Are you using another card to get into windows?
