Its interesting that the prices in europe (germany at least) are not exploded like in the U.S. ... you can get this card here for ca. 220€, thats about $300...

I know a site that still sells R9 280X's with aftermarket cooling for the 320ish range. Tiger Direct is a low-tier e-tailer anyway.

 

 
Newegg can get wrecked too. I can find the 280X for 100usd cheaper.
