Go to solution Solved by ToasterAxt,

Just had to type "exit" in the VNC and selcet boot from file

Hey,

i just got my new FreeNas server.

Fileserver is working alright.

I decided to install Ubuntu 16.04.1 for Pi-Hole adblocking.

Then I needed to restart the hole server. And now it is not booting. (The VM)

Your boot order is set wrong. Its trying to boot from the network. Change the boot order in freenas.

how do i do that? I'm pretty new to FreeNas

really vms in freenas aren't a great solution and kinda beta. If you want good vm support and zfs look at proxmox

Look under vm options, should be a boot order option
