Fortnite pc crash(not enough vram)

Hi.Im not sure if my pc handle fortnite.

I have 1920x1080 monitor.

Pc spec.

Intel Celeron g1820 2.7ghz( pain in ass possibly getting new at end of year/summer).

Amd Radeon hd 7700 1 GB vram

580 GB SSD SAN disk(os + games)

4gb DDR3 1333 MHz.

Is that possible to run fortnite?I ask bc people run fortnite on integrated gpu.

Your title says one thing, and your message says something else... Or it seems to.

 

Is Fortnite crashing? Or are you asking if you can run it without crashing?
