Hit start

type reliability history

open it and look for any red or yellow warnings at the time of the crash

double click on each one, screenshot what the window that opens says, and post each one here.

That'll help us figure it out.

Verify your game files in the Epic Launcher and see if that fixes it.

You need to double click on the warnings to bring up the screen with the info we need.

Just do that once for one of these:

."windows stopped working"

."Windows was not properly shut down"

They're probably all the same error anyways so just double click on one for each of those, get a screenshot of the window that pops up and post them here.

Don't bother doing it for all of them.

also grab screenshots of the windows that comes up after double clicking these:

.Update orchestrator service stopped working

.Speedtest.exe stopped responding and was closed

There are codes that these will show that'll help diagnose the problem. These current screenshots don't help.
