Xbox 360 Tray stuck

My Xbox 360 DVD Tray is stuck. I took apart the Xbox 360 and when I take the metal cover of the DVD tray, it works normal. If I put it back it is stuck again. 

Did someone had this problem before ?

What should I do ?

If I lift just a bit the metal cover and put a dvd in it, then put back the metal cover, the DVD work normal and I can play games and stuff. But I dont want to have it like that.

I can provide picture or a short video on this problem if needed.
