If you want an SSD purely for OS, with games and stuff on mechanical hard drives, 120 GB is fine. The A400 is also an ok SSD, certainly not the worst of the budget SSDs. However, 240 is usually not that much more expensive. It's really up to you and your budget.

Main rig: i7 8086K // EVGA Z370 Micro // 16GB Gskill TridentZ 3200Mhz CL14 // Sapphire Pulse RX 7800XT// a variety of noctua cooling // Corsair RM750x v2 //  Fractal Meshify C

Secondary rig: R5 3600 // MSI B450i Gaming Plus // 16GB Gskill FlareX 3200CL14 // MSI GTX 1080ti Gaming X // Cooler Master V650 // Fractal Meshify C

Audio setup: Audient iD4 // Adam A7X // Sennheiser HD 650 // Sennheiser HD 25-II // Audio Technica M50x // Sennheiser Momentum 4

Imo in this day and age any SSD with a capacity less than 240gb is pretty much worthless.

I just want to install Windows 10 on it with some small programs like CCleaner etc. Nothing else.

Also the 240GB is 60

Yes. This SSD will be only for Windows 10 and programs like CCleaner,Steam etc. Games and any huge files will be on my 1TB HDD

I understand that, but in general having 240+ is a big advantage over 120. There is a speed difference in most cases, which is a pretty big plus. The next issue is that SSD's don't store data in the same way as an HDD. They can't just write over data and keep moving, they have to perform a task for writing over an area with all 0's in order to clean that area and make it accessible to be used again this is known as (trim). So in order to do this your SSD will need to set aside a good chunk of the maximum storage that will be accessible to windows that allows the drive to maintain itself.I think this is somewhere in the ballpark of 15-20% storage. So if you have a 120GB SSD.. then count on only seeing about 96gb of it (less if you account for manufacture's thinking 1000mb = 1 gb  when it is actually 1024mb = 1 gb

So in the end you will have a slower drive that is going to be starved for space. Now your prices there might be out of whack, because here I can pick up a 240gb drive for about 45 bucks (35 if I use micro-centers brand)  if I want to bump that to a 512gb drive then it will set me back anywhere from 65-100. Now that being said a 128gb drive is about 28-35 bucks for most brands... so the cost to jump up to 240 isn't bad at all.
