Windows 10 "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" Error at boot

Hi,

a few days ago I updated my Windows 10 to the latest creators update and when I turn the pc on I can type in my password, but a few moments later i get a bluescreen with the mentioned error. Sometimes I can get to the desktop, but only for a few seconds until i get the bluescreen.

In case, that you need my specs:

(It's an prebuilt HP Envy 750-102ng)

Intel Core i5 6400

8GB RAM

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GB (originally a 960 2GB)

I hope that somebody can help me.
