Scammer calls victim who spoke the same native language and it went down like this.

scammer: Hello this is tech support your machine has major virus!

victim: What virus

S: Your computer has virus, very dangerous, we can fix for you, for a small fee of 1 trillion dollars

V: Dude I have same job as you

S: What same job, you victim!

V: I'm sitting in the 10th row behind you, I can see the back of your f*cking head!  Learn to dial properly, stewpid!

IKR, no one calls me. I normally search up "Tech Support *Country" Number" and wait until someone picks up. Waste of time, but hey, why not?

Visit some porn or torrent sites and you should be able to find some very soon.

When I used to have a land line I would have great fun trolling these guys when we received the occasional call.  We had 4 PCs in the house and they would always just refer to it as "your PC" without identifying who you are personally.

I would act completely shocked and say "this is very serious, we have 4 PCs in the house"  you can almost hear them rubbing their hands together.  "But how do you know it is MY PC" "sir it is your PC" "but which PC?" "your PC sir" "but how do you know it is MY PC?"  ad nauseum until they finally realise that I am trolling and hang up.

When I first checked their website it seemed legit and I maybe thought the scammers were using the name of this company, then I checked their Facebook/Twitter page. Half of the reviews sound fake and the other half is from people that got scammed.

http://www.vtsupport.us/everything-need-know-tech-support-scams/ It's ironic that they posted this article on their website.

Also what's interesting is that despite every single remote connection software now has a warning about scammers they still manage to scam people.

EDIT: I just called the number using Skype out of curiosity. It rang for quite a while, followed by someone answering by just saying "Hello" probably because they run multiple scam companies at the same time and they don't know which one I fell for.
