2 UltraWide 1080p or 1 UltraWide 1440p?

I agree with @dizmo. At 1080p, anything bigger than 24" is going to look blurry and washed out. Go with the 1440p.

34" at 1080p looks awful. So, the other one.

UltraWide at anything less than 1440p is a waste of money; furthermore, people don't have the peripheral vision to make dual UltraWides worth it.

Why don't you go wit a 21:9 3840X1600 38" monitor?

That is the size that I will be replacing my 3440 X 1440 34" monitor with.
