Hi I want to build a video editing pc

I'll be using 

 

Adobe premier pro to edit 1080p vid

Cut clips together 

Add sound 

Add text to video 

 

Adobe illustrator 

Make logos

Make images 

 

Adobe after effects 

Animate logos

 

The specs are

 

I5 8400

1050 ti

16gb 2400mhz (2x8gb)

Gigabyte b360n 

Corsair CX450 

4tb segate baracuda (mass storage)

256gb Samsung 970 evo (OS,apps,scratch)

Thermaltake core V1

 

Will this be able to cope with what I said

Ok, your cpu is okay but it would take time to render your clips through premier since it benefits from high muti threaded performance, I recommend having a hyper-threading enabled cpu (Intel i7 or amd ryzen, muti threading supported cpu) so you enjoy faster rendering of your videos

 

Everything is fine (Good choice with the nvidia card since you could use it for encoding)

Didn't they released a update awhile ago, that beats AMD in rendering?

Adobe enabled iGPU acceleration (Something FinalCut Pro has had for years). Intel chips using that iGPU acceleration only beat AMD chips in H.264 tasks.

This seems to be at odds with https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Premiere-Pro-CC-2017-1-2-CPU-Performance-Core-i7-8700K-i5-8600K-i3-8350K-1047/.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Yeah it’s at odds. That study is from 2017. It’s outdated and wrong.
