Have a look at local used sites, i've found a few on GulogGratis and DBA. And no, it's for codes in general.

A bit more expensive and it's missing a hardrive although it has an SSD. Up to you if it's worth it for the warranty.

Oh yeah and with both of the ones i recommended you'll need to install Windows yourself, that isn't a problem is it?
