Best AMD Ryzen 5 to pair with ROG Strix x470-f gaming motherboard?!?

Hello, new to linus recently and have been wanting to build for a long time...I'm looking for a medium build on a Ryzen CPU and I like the ROG Strix x470f gaming motherboard...any suggestions on CPU and GPU for that board?....I've done some research and was going to go with a water cooled Deepcool Genome 2 case which will hold the atx board and a 13" GPU...thanks in advance!

Ryzen 5 2600 if you want to save some money and just use the included Wraith Stealth Cooler.

The wraith stealth is a bad pairing with the 2600 though if you plan to do any overclocking (which he should do by getting a motherboard like that).

I would get a 2600 and an aftermarket cooler (even a cheap 212 will do) and OC the CPU.
