Hello,

i was wondering about getting some USB powered 50cm RGB led strips for my pc. They come with a remote for 15 bucks. I was wondering if I would be able to run the USB through the pcie slot and then to the back USB 2.0 on my motherboard.

You can get RGB LED strips such as these and connect it to your PSU, the USB ones would be limited by the controllability and the power the USB socket could provide.
