Looks great but I personally would go for a 760k processor instead with the asrock pro4+... Save you $20ish and I definitely would get a better wireless adapter... Anything with dual band and 300mbps.. You could even go for an ac adapter although you probably don't need to go that far

Would the 760K bottleneck the 270X on games such as BF4 & Borderlands 2?

Also my internet's max speed is 6mbps so would it even improve over the current wireless adapter if I got a better one?

It won't bottleneck the card at stock and you can still over clock it.. However, since you are using an amd system, the 6300 might have an advantage in the future because it has 6 cores instead of 4 which is more relevant with amd mantle which is supported by battlefield.. As for the WiFi, I do think it would help to have a dual band adapter and some good antennas because it would have a more reliable connection... Even if it is only a 150mbps card, the dual band would help but you'd need a dual band router...

Would 400W be enough for moderate overclocking?

Not sure but is the Motorola NVG510 dual band?

The 400W would be enough, especially because Seasonic makes fantastic power supplies. I'm not familiar with the router, but I don't think it is dual band. By the way, if you are going to overclock on that 8320 configuration, you're going to need a nice cpu cooler. Those FX chips put out a lot of heat. But even on non-FX CPU's, you really should get a decent cpu cooler. I'll come up with a configuration to look at.
