770 Litecoin performance!

Go to solution Solved by Lays,

u literally will make 25$ a month, it's completely not worth the toll it'll take on the parts

in 1 month of mining you'll earn 1.9 litecoins.

Asking for a friend.
My freind has just got a 770 and is thinking about lite coin mining. I was wondering what kind of kH/s he will receive with the card
and how many Lite coins that will equate too per 24H period.
I know nVidia isn't the best for the calculations needed but I know enough that he can still make abit of money.
Sorry for being a whole noob to it!
Thanks,

I AcK I

That feel when an R9 280X will destroy top tier Nvidia cards for mining. Even when you cudamine, there is no contest.

I myself mined Catcoin at launch and have 81 coins currently. Because of my GPU and rising difficulty, I would only make about half a coin if it was left mining while I slept..not close to worth it anymore, let alone trying to tackle Litecoin.

Going to say, I hit 375-380 kHash/s with two 660 Ti's with a fairly decent overclock!

On my 770 I get 390 kH/s. This is with a mild overclock: 1280Mhz on the core and 8Ghz on the memory. I could probably increase the core clock a bit more.

My cudaminer settings: cudaminer.exe -o  -u USER.1 -p 1 -H 1 -i 0

Proof: http://imgur.com/6zJRh5p

Edit: I'm now getting 400 kH/s at 1306Mhz core clock.

My 7950 (going off of the charts) gets aabout 1.5 LTC every week.

I haven't been able to actually get those numbers though, because for the last few weeks, I was using the WeMineLTC pool, and I was having issues with hashrates equaling the number of LTC I was making. So I switched to the Give-Me-Coins pool. Hopefully I can actually start making what I'm suppose to make now.

I've just purchased myself a 280x and have worked out I will receive around £25 a week FTC mining, £10 power cost £15 a week, not too bad if you ask me!
