Intel stock cooler sticker seems wet

Is it normal for the sticker to become like this or is it something I should be worried about

It does indeed seems to be grease, since moisture would likely dry.

Beneath the sticker sits the bearing. So, due to age, the lubticant can migrate and get into the paper of the sticker. Nothing to worth about. If it’s too ugly for your taste, you can remove the sticker if you want.

Grease from the fan bearing. Nothing to worry about, though I'd replace the Intel stock cooler if you can afford it. A CryoRig H7 is $30 and will be much quieter and keep your CPU cooler.

From my experince with GPUs mounting a 120mm on a 80mm heatsink would be possible.

I have some spare 80MMs, sounds like a project for tomorrow - that Q6600 does need a cooler after all
