GT 1030 or GTX 1050 for 300W PSU

Hi all, this is my whopping second post.

So I have my sights on a PC. It's integrated graphics don't seem the best, so I'm looking to upgrade in the future. However, since it is a prebuilt form factor, my GPU options are limited, especially with the 300W OEM PSU. The choices I have are the GT 1030, which is definitely an option, but then I want something more powerful. A GTX 1050 seems adequate, but I don't wanna blow up the power supply. And it can't be replaced, since it's a weird long thing. So should I get this, or wait for a better desktop?

Thank you.

Whats the rest of the rig? If its like an FX8350 then no, id only put the 1030, but if its an i5 or something, the 1050 will be fine.

\You'll be set with a 1050. i would say a 1050ti is pushing it, but could be done. I wouldnt risk it, especially if the PSU is non-replaceable.

Is it really a steal though? $549.99 for that machine and a monitor.

Hey, they aren't all that bad. They get hot enough to glow so you can get a cheaper case with no lighting lmao

$550 for a 7400 and 8GB of ram? Thats pretty good. Would be able to build something nicer for the same price. Whats your price range? At most say $700?

Hehe. The 1050 is extra, so is the pc and monitor bundle still a deal? And is the small psu a bearable sacrifice?

Thanks, but I have a situation where I can't build a pc due to......issues......

Can you find a prebuilt system?

That will be quite hard, as $500 is an unpopular price point for prebuilds.

Here is one I found, just check if the specs match up to what games you plan on playing

Too low end. Not enough horsepower on the GPU.
