with a 240x120 and 120x120 radiator in addition to the 360x120 from the H320 itself I would say it should be plenty,although you might want to ask @Ghost

I was, but I'll edit the post so that anyone who reads it is aware of that as well.

and hey,if you prefer new you could go for the Be Quiet unit for 49.99,quieter fan (I would assume) and equal if not better quality.
