that's 2.5k.

 

Acer XG270HU or AOC AG271QX or Samsung C27HG70.  The former two perform closely to each other, but the AOC performs slightly better. The Samsung uses a VA panel which gives a much broader viewing angle than the other two TN panel equipped models, at the cost of being more expensive.

I dont mind having literally the plastic of a bathroom seat lid. Just anything thats functional i dont care about looks nor build quality

that's high refresh rate 1080p TN category money. Acer GN246HL, AOC G2460PF and BenQ XL2411 are the best value ones. The Asus VG248 and MQ248 are both popular, but performance is similar with a higher price so not good choices. Samsung 24CFG70 is the best if it fits in the budget with its VA panel.

If it was my choise, just wait until you get a little more if you want to have 1440p. otherwise buy a ultrawide or a normal 1080p monitor

it's going to function, but for a shorter time becouse it's build out of broken monitors with the parts that were still "okay"
