Sounds like a PSU, CPU, or motherboard problem.

Is there a clicking noise from the PSU when you turn it on? That usually points to a dead CPU and/or motherboard. If there's just nothing, then it usually points to the PSU.

There is just nothing. Should I get a PSU testing kit to make sure?

A PSU testing kit won't tell you if the PSU itself has a problem in most cases.

Your PSU can clearly supply power to the fans and LEDs, but not enough to actually turn the computer on. I would try testing the computer with another power supply. If it works normally with a different unit, then you need to replace the PSU.

Do you have a possible short?  Have you tried running the components outside the chassis?  If it still does not work, remove one component at a time with the Mother board being last.

I've tried running outside case and all the standoffs are installed. (Sorry didn't specify that at the top)

Have you tried the ports for the monitor and make sure they are "in proper places"?

You need to test your CPU and motherboard. The only way to do this is with either a different CPU or a different motherboard.
