Android factory reset protection - forgot login information...

I performed a factory reset on a phone without turning factory reset protection off, now I can't do anything with the phone (it requires google account during initial setup), is there anything I can do about it?

reset your google password then login. hoping you remember your email ID. google should have a backup of your data if you opted in for the data backup service at the start.

It started at 6.0 Marshmallow I think, its mainly to prevent theft of mobile devices. :3
