Also in the bottom it says that I will be automatically subscribed to some service and after 7 days it'll charge me 50 bucks unless I cancel It

That sounds like a bad scam. Nobody would sell such expensive devices for 1$, even as a marketing event.

consider this why would anyone sell such an expensive phone for a dollar? they have too much money in the vault and what to clear space and helping poor children is not an option?

Considering that Malware Bytes Premium straight up BLOCKS the redirect link ( hxxps://redirector.me/go/351?aff_sub2=2165&aff_sub=20701&aff_click_id=1951551228 ) I'd 100% say you shouldn't visit fake news websites in hopes of getting products for free. Remember, if it's too good to be true, then it's not real.
