Is this a scam? eBay MacBook Pro

Hello!
Sooooo I've been browsing eBay for some laptops and I came across this listing:

This deal sounds too good to be true. It simply does. Even with shipping to Europe, this would be awesome.
The seller has a 99% rating on eBay, but all of the feedback came from selling clothes and there was a 1 month break in his selling...

Is it reasonable to think that a scammer bought a used eBay account and is now using the good rating to scam people?

What are your opinions?

It's either a scam or a mistake.

 

Pretty much all of the seller's feedback has been for clothing sales. They haven't sold anything for over a month, but suddenly have multiple listings for cheap "New" MacBooks and nothing else. I'm betting the account has been stolen by someone and they're listing things that will sell quick so they can cash in over a week or so before abandoning the account. 

 

It's obviously not genuine.
