Issues with Triple ultra wide monitor mixed resolutions

MTVSlick

Monitors: 3- LG 34WK650-W 34" UltraWide 21:9 IPS with HDR10

2 show up as 2560x1080 (native)

These are connected via HDMI 2 cables

1 shows up as 1920x1080 (native)

This one is connected via HDMI 2 cable to an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter

GPU is a GeForce GTX 1080 ti Strix OC 11gig

5760 x 1080 surround is the resolution via the NVIDIA control panel. However I want to setup with 7680 x 1080

I use flight sims, use photoshop and do video editing, no major gaming.....yet :)

how do I get all 3 monitors to the same resolution without blurry text and stretched images?

do you know what displayport version the adapter is? it needs to be at least 1.3 i think

Edit: ignore this, it should be able to drive the display no matter what version, im stupid. have you tried a different cable etc?
