Computer keeps getting blue screen and when I system restore it says it can't because something is missing

As the title says. I have a Lenovo ideapad 100, and when I turn it on, it quickly gets a blue screen error and resets.

It sounds like the startup files have gotten corrupted, if you have a Windows installer you can try running the startup repair to see if it fixes it. Most times though you will probably have to do a fresh install.
