Pulling data off of boot looping phone

I have a LG G4 that is currently boot looping, does anyone know of any methods for pulling the data off of the phone? I have looked on ifixit and have determined the memory is soldered on. I don't know much about software utilities and I'm running out of ideas. If anyone has suggestions that would be awesome

I am pretty sure if you can get into fastboot you can recovery your data as long as it not encrypted. If it encrypted you need to do more work, not sure about that process. I mean if you able to boot into fastboot, best way to flash custom recovery than you can just plug into computer and backup data.

I just did it for someones nexus 5x, it took a few tries to get into a custom recovery like TRWP and than i was able to decrypted data and backup.

could you please explain fast boot. We can typically get past the boot manager as 1/50 attempts will get us to the t-mobile screen. Most other attempts crash during POST when its displaying the LG logo

To get to fast boot, you usually hold down power and both volume key. I would advise a bit more research about fastboot.
