Reputation of AOC Monitors and your Experiences

I'm very happy with my current AOC monitor. Bear in mind the various brands often use the same panels, so brands are not necessarily that important anyway.

Well, cheap monitors are cheap monitors, you can't really expect too much from them, regardless of the brand. 

 

Not sure where you're getting that AOC isn't very popular. They're a big brand, though they don't have the same level of marketing as a company like Asus, which could make them seem small. 

 

My experience with AOC has been good, they're generally reliable.

Just keeping this here as a I actually own this same monitor, and I can recommend it. I've had mine for about 8 months, with no issues. It also has freesync built in if you're using an AMD card, and while it's not the best utilization it (stutters a lot at FPS <40), it is a great feature to have at the price point.

damn I wish i had amd cards but i own gtx 1060. Hearing that is a good good thing
