What is probably the highest overclocked chip on a strictly percentage base, from the original clock speed?

This is probably informational unobtainium, but im still curious.

Gpu, memory, cpu, whatever it may be.

Wow yeah, thats awesome. Just looked it up.

But how about memory, gpu, and gpu memory now?

Ah! But you didn't ask that! ;-)

but I have no idea. OCing modern multi-core multi-Ghz CPUs/GPUs and RAM is pointless IMO.

OCing made a huge difference in the sub Ghz days when everything was single core but these days? Pfffft

I'd argue it only made a huge difference because you could attain relatively large percentages of clock speeds. And it didn't even have to be overclocked per se. Intel had a 500MHz Coppermine Penitum III and about a year later released a 1GHz version. That's a 200% increase in performance automatically.

Add 500MHz to a Core i7-8700K at its peak turbo speed? That's a 10.6% increase.
