Where can I check which licence does a certain program like photoshop, discrod, google chrome use?

In Chrome it's under the Help > About section

Not sure where the About section is on Photoshop or Discord but they should have them somewhere in the application

Photoshop's licenses can be viewed at Help > About Photoshop CC... > Click here for legal notices.
