how to mod gta online?

i want to mod GTA Online, but i don;t know how to do it. i tried using doggo jector, but that didn't work.I know that i'm putting myself at risk that i'll get banned, but i don't really care about that. can someone plz help me and gie me a step- by- step explanation on how to mod my game.  (BTW, i got GTA from Rockstar's website, not steam)

You won't find any help here, as it breaks Rockstars ToS.

Not true, he can mod whatever he likes at his own risk, we just can't help him to do it.
