Does LTT have a Europe distributor?

I have been considering buying LTT merch recently, however the shipping and taxes kill any value it might have. So are there any LTT distributors in the EU?

Nope, and I am sure if they ever do, it will be very clear on the LTTstore.com website that they do.

Linus mentionned in a WAN Show about... Two months ago iirc? That they were looking into an EU distributor.

Though while that might impact the shipping prices, I fear the taxes part won't change much and will just be reported on the products' base price.

I do not have time to watch WAN show these days because of how long they are getting, thanks!

I've never watched a single WAN Show, I'd watch it if it was 45min and a little bit earlier lol

It's usually pretty late here when it starts

2x t-shirt 25 a pieces= 50 bucks.
~20% tax thats 10 bucks.
Shipping was 75 bucks to the Netherlands.

Do the math, the tax isnt really the problem.

You do realize they are stored on Youtube so you can watch whenever.
Also you can then play it at double the speed halving the time to ~1,5 hours.
Also, watch half an hour and next day watch another half an hour, then you have WAN show the whole week.

And for me, it cannot be long enough so stop making them think its too long, thank you. 😄

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Sounds like a you problem.

But you want to make it my problem too, by having them make WAN-show shorter?
Doesn't really sound fair.

You dont have to watch the whole thing.

Or are you asking for a "WAN-show TL:DW" episode where they abbreviate the WAN-show in like a 15minute episode.
I always thought they should do that too. But it would be so much work.

Or just wait few hours (usually by the afternoon Saturday in Europe) and look for the timestamps guy (in the comments) done his hobby and read through the topics and juicy things and decide what is worth of your time watching.

Being an EU resident I can't emphasize enough how much PITA shipping from NA can really be for us (even more so since they completely killed the allowance in 2021).

Last time I bought something from the US, I had to pay fees to the authorities and fees to the delivery service for the advance of the taxes and fees to the authorities - on top of the taxes ofc.

The whole process of clearance and delivery took about ten additional working days and required correspondence with the delivery service and the authorities (mainly because they didn't know if the recipient was a business or a private person).

The customs and tax percentages also differ depending on what product you buy, so essentially you don't really know how long it's gonna take and how much you're going to have to pay when receiving the package (unless you're a tax inspector)...

This is different depending on which EU country you're in, so others might have different experiences.

There are also exemptions for huge businesses (like Amazon and the like) that can handle taxes and customs on a bulk level for the customers, but those are the exception...

Speaking for me, I'd gladly take an increase on the products base price to eliminate said procedure.

To be clear: It might sound like I'm demanding something here, which I'm not. I just wanted to share how bad the customers experience in the current setup can be (due to local regulations and authorities).

You paid 75 in shipping for 2 t-shirts? Or 75 in total? Because I shipped larger amounts and never paid that much in shipping.

Back then it was just the shipping, but i just checked now, and 2x 19,99$ t-shirt the total is 71, so its a lot better then it was.
