How to merge SD card into system storage on Android?

I've had a look around but have had little luck with finding out if it is possible to merge an SD card into system storage. (Instead of having system storage and SD card seperate, I want them to be one thing.)

 

Is this possible?

 

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, not rooted, and I would like it to stay that way if possible.
