Would you recommend this for low -meduim 1080p gaming.

Go to solution Solved by Crunchy Dragon,

As long as the AMD A10 system is a Zen-based system, then you can upgrade that to a Ryzen CPU down the road.

Plus it has a better GPU out of the box. I would choose the Dell.

I found a PC that has a small form factor and possibly is better in terms of upgradeability because of the CORE I5 and I am considering buying it because it's pretty cheap.

compare these two PC's and let me know which one I should buy.

It's in fairness, not a bad system. The Zen-based A-series chips are quite a bit better than last-gen Kaveri/Godavari chips.

Hey, Would this custom build be good for a 400 dollar gaming pc? and let me know about upgrades I can do to it.

GPU is too old. Get something more recent. The lowest I would go is a 750Ti.
